Professor Md Zahir Uddin Arif has been appointed as the new Chairman of Marketing Department of Jagannath University (JnU).
This information is confirmed in an office order signed by the university Registrar Engineer Md. Ohiduzzaman on Tuesday.
According to the office order, due to completion of the 03 years of Jagannath University’s marketing department previous chairman appointment period, according to section 24(2) of Jagannath University Act, 2005, Professor Md. Zahir Uddin Arif of the said department has been appointed as the Chairman of the Marketing Department for the next 03 (three) years effective from 13 December 2023.
Noted Professor Md. Zahir Uddin Arif received the London School of Digital Business (LSDB), Regional Education Award (LREA Award 2023). He is one of the educationists and researchers of Bangladesh and South Asia and his various research articles have been published in national and international journals.
